Situated in Canberra’s inner-south, Abode Narrabundah offers 86 stylishly appointed self-contained, apartment-style rooms perfect for those traveling for work or leisure, large groups and long stay guests.

There are several room types accommodating all needs, including rooms for families or groups, pet friendly rooms and studios specifically designed for people who are mobility impaired. The self-contained apartments include kitchenette facilities, washer/dryer, STAYCAST streaming, and bathroom amenities by Ideology.

With unlimited access to Abode Pantry you will feel right at home. Located near the hotel Reception Desk, our shelves are stocked with a variety of sweets, snacks, ready to eat meals and daily essentials to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Alternatively, visit Pantry Online to order alcoholic beverages, snacks and ready-made frozen meals, delivered straight to your room.

Positioned on the perimeter of Capital Golf Course and only a short walk to Canberra’s inner-south, you’ll find entertainment, hatted restaurants and shopping hotspots to experience and enjoy across your stay.

Abode Narrabundah is designed to make you feel you’re in a home away from home.

Everything you need is in your room including spare blankets, pillows and a self-contained laundry. Should you ever need extra amenities please visit reception during reception hours and we are happy to assist in any way possible.

Early check out

Abode Narrabundah reception will open at 8:00 am. Should you be departing outside of the reception opening hours, please leave your keys next to the reception desk.

Abode Pantry

Satisfy your appetite and quench your thirst with our ever-accommodating Abode Pantry, located on the ground floor. Our shelves are stocked with a variety of food and beverage items and other travel essentials. To make a purchase, simply visit reception. Please note that Abode Pantry is only open during reception hours.

Car parking is free of charge on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note, Abode Narrabundah will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.

Room Information

Adaptors
Australia’s electrical system is 240v, so appliances from the UK and Europe should be compatible with the power points provided. Unfortunately, appliances from the US or Canada will not work. Please contact reception for assistance.

Blankets and pillows
Spare blankets and pillows are located in the storage cupboard next to your front entrance door. The ironing board and iron are also located in these cupboards.

TV
Free to air television and STAYCAST by Google Chromecast is available on your in room television. To watch free to air television, use the ‘Menu’ option on the TV remote to select your channel. To stream your favourite content from 1000+ apps to your hotel room from your device, select ‘Source’ on the TV remote, change the TV input to HDMI and follow the instructions on screen.

Tea and coffee are all complimentary. Reception will happily provide extra tea, coffee and sugar on request in addition to the amenities that housekeeping replenishes daily.

Abode Bikes

Feeling adventurous? Our bespoke Abode bikes are available for guest hire, charged at $5 per hour. Please note that an indemnity form must be signed at reception prior to using the bikes. Be sure to take our area map with you, which features some of the area’s dining hotspots and local attractions.

Wi-Fi

Enjoy complimentary unlimited Wi-Fi access during your stay. To connect, simply select the Abode Guest network on your device, then enter the password “abodeguest” and your email address. If you experience any Wi-Fi difficulties, please call our Support Desk on 1300 576 369.

Google Staycast

Housekeeping

Abode Hotels provide a full-service room clean every 3rd day of our guests stay. If you wish to receive daily or additional room clean, please ask our reception team on check in or prior to arrival. For guests staying at Abode hotels for 7 or more nights, you will receive one full service clean every 7th day. Guests can access additional kitchen and bathroom amenities throughout their stay at our hotel reception.

Green Clean
At Abode Hotels we are striving to lower our footprint and look after the environment. Our Green Clean does not use any chemicals or power, in an effort to do our part. Help us help the environment and choose a Green Clean during your stay at Abode Hotels.
