As the name suggests, Spit Shack offers hearty and wholesome slow-cooked roast dishes. Their seasoning and cooking methods are inspired by both Croatian and Australian roasting traditions. Their fantastic roast pork and lamb from the spit is prepared each day and cooked for many hours on an open fire.
